Bottom Line
Elite Learning is a solid option for license renewal at your convenience. Not all courses are accredited in every state, so check its website to ensure that Elite Learning provides what you need to meet local requirements.
How does Elite Learning work?
Start by selecting your location and profession on Elite Learning's website and adding courses (dependent on your state's licensing requirements) to a cart for purchase. You'll create an account, make your purchases and get immediate access to the courses you select. Course materials are available to study at any time. Elite Learning's online system automatically saves users' progress, even during exams.
Courses are only available for a year (or six months from the date you first access it). An expired course can be extended for three months at no additional charge.
Once the course is complete, you'll fill out a survey and receive an email with a copy of your certificate. If you live in a state that uses CE Broker, Elite Learning reports your hours within one business day of completion (except for pharmacy continuing education, which it reports within 10 business days).
Elite Learning costs
Some courses, particularly the shorter ones, are very affordable, ranging from $11.95 to $22.95. Courses that are more than 20 hours long tend to be pricier — between $64.95 and $74.95 — but the company offers some professionals course packages at reduced prices.
Elite Learning offers some free live webinars, courtesy of its corporate partners, but exclusive live and all on-demand courses usually cost about $15.
More content is available to students who purchase an all-access pass, which grants access to all courses in the CE library and provides benefits for one or two years, depending on profession. The cost of these memberships is based on profession, but the price is generally about $100 for one year.

Received an Elite Healthcare ad that misrepresents the number of CEU hours that need to be completed. Agency left out IMPORTANT information and instead make a statement that 36 CEU hours were due for licensing. This is Not True and is misleading. WA State social work licensing requires 18 CEU's per year and at least 36 hours every 2-years. A terrible way to do business.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am not an individual who leaves reviews but I am so floored by the poor customer service I received. Elite Learning had received my business for many years. As a massage therapist, I used them to complete my continuing education throughout the course of my career. In August 2021 I purchased their Unlimited access for $200 so that I could complete my hands on from the comfort of my home. I finished 1 course but had some additional hours to complete. In the process of me trying to finish my hands on, our house got struck with Covid and I was tied up taking care of my kids. In order for my license to not expire I needed to finish my course work by the 31st. That did not happen. I had already started working on my 2nd course. However, when I tried to find the 2nd course on my Elite account page it wasn't there.
I called to find out what was going on and they said they could no longer provide me with hands on courses because of my license having expired. I had no idea this was going to happen! When I paid $200 for "Unlimited" access, I thought these courses would be available to me even past my license expiration date. The agent who took my call was completely unhelpful and didn't seem bothered by the fact that I was out $200. I will never use this company again nor will I recommend it to anyone else!

Don't even bother with this company! I have been on hold for 29 minutes and 49 seconds. I called yesterday and the same thing. Their phone system is the worst. Very bad connections. The site is not user-friendly....not in the least! I have been trying to get a refund these last two days!! When I finally got through, I had been on the phone for 46 minutes on hold!
